Emily & Dan’s Paintworks wedding was all sorts of ace. If you don’t already know of the Paintworks in Bristol, Its a cool spot thats not too far from the city centre. And with its exposed brickwork and industrial feel, its an awesome space thats ridiculously versatile when it comes to weddings.

Emily got ready in one of the apartments that overlook the Paintworks wedding courtyard. The eagle eyed parents and CBBC fans amongst you might recognise it from Art Ninja, and I have to say, its one of the coolest bridal prep locations I’ve shot at.

Dan got ready at home before heading to Bocabar, just above the Paintworks to grab some pizza and mingle with guests before the wedding started. The day was a really chilled out day from start to finish, with Emily and Dan getting married in the main space of the Paintworks, before heading outside to enjoy the great weather. All of the family photos were done in the courtyard, using the cool vintage airstream caravan as the back drop (why wouldn’t you). We then headed out with the wedding party to make the most of the space around venue before heading back for the wedding breakfast and some speeches, not before bringing Emily and Dan’s dog in for a quick hello though. After the speeches, which included Bagpuss, everyone just partied until the night was out..
