Clare & Rob – Wilderness Weddings Kent
Its always nice to shoot at a new venue and Wilderness Weddings in Kent is about as new as they get. In fact Clare and Rob are the first couple to get married at this awesome woodland spot and it couldn’t have been more perfect. Tipi’s, woodland, vintage buses & campers, a dog, an outdoor ceremony and a truly lovely couple. This wedding quite literally had it all… Scroll down to the bottom if you want to read more about it..
Everyone got ready in central Canterbury before the boys headed over with the other guests on a red double decker and a cool vintage bluebird bus, while the bridesmaids and brides men headed over in a pair of Volkswagen campers with the bride choosing to hop into a good old defender for the journey to the outdoor ceremony. After sealing the deal by the water it was time to head across the field for some outdoor games and a few drinks in the forest. The weather combined with the fact that Clare and Rob’s friends are a great group of people meant for a nice chilled out vibe and it wasn’t long before we headed into the tipis for the wedding breakfast followed by the speeches, including one from the bride herself.
Then it was time for the party, and these guys know how to party hard… It was an absolute pleasure hanging out with Clare & Rob and everyone else involved. Thanks to Charlotte for second shooting duties and thanks to the team at Wilderness Weddings too, if you are looking for a cool outdoor wedding venue that you can really make your own then I highly recommend getting in touch with them.
This wedding looks amazing and like it was so incredibly fun. Beautiful work!
Smashing wedding, every detail is cool. Very well captured and I love the vibrant colours.
What an amazing venue to photograph at. Beautiful light during the speeches
